Most secondary raw materials traded on Briso EcoTrade fall under the green list. EURAL codes are required on all listings.

DIWASS — mandatory from 21 May 2026

Deadline: 21 May 2026. All cross-border EU waste shipments must be submitted digitally via DIWASS. Registration is open from 21 April 2026 at the European Commission portal.

DIWASS (Digital Waste Shipment System) replaces paper-based Annex VII documents. From 21 May 2026, all operators involved in cross-border waste shipments must register and submit documentation electronically.

Transition period: Paper Annex VII remains valid as fallback until end of 2026. DIWASS is the primary required route from 21 May.
