Anti-money laundering obligations. All registered companies are verified against KvK/company registry before activation.
Dutch VAT Act and EU VAT Directive. VAT reverse charge applies to cross-border intra-EU supplies. 21% applies to domestic NL transactions.
Art. 7:414 BW (Dutch Civil Code). Briso operates as commissionair — not as buyer or seller of the underlying goods.
