Commission model

Transparent, tiered pricing. No subscription fees — you only pay when a deal closes.

How it works

Briso EcoTrade charges a commission on the material value of each completed deal. The commission is deducted from the buyer payment before payout to the seller. There are no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions and no hidden charges.

Commission is calculated on the material value only, excluding transport costs for DAP deals.

For EXW deals, transport is handled directly between buyer and carrier — no transport commission applies.

Seller payout

The seller receives 75% of the agreed deal value (i.e. the material price minus the 25% base commission). For volume deals where the sliding scale applies, the seller receives a higher share. Payout is released within 2–3 working days after confirmed delivery via SEPA bank transfer.

Example: Buyer agrees €3,200 for 20 tonnes of HDPE at €160/t. Commission (5%): €160. Seller receives: €3,040. Briso fee: €160. Payment upfront before delivery.

VAT

For domestic NL deals, 21% VAT applies to the Briso commission. For cross-border EU deals, VAT is reverse-charged to the buyer at 0% (art. 138 EU VAT Directive). Both parties must have a valid EU VAT number for cross-border transactions.
