Step-by-step guidance for using Briso EcoTrade — from creating your first listing to completing a cross-border deal.
Register with your company email. Fill in your company details and VAT number. Your account is reviewed within 1 business day.
Go to Marketplace → New listing. Upload 3 photos (required), add an EURAL code for cross-border eligibility, and set your price per tonne.
Click any listing to open the detail view. Enter your price per tonne and quantity. For cross-border listings, choose EXW or DAP delivery.
Seller accepts your bid → you pay upfront via iDEAL or SEPA → deal progresses through 5 steps to delivery confirmation.
| Step | What happens | Who acts |
|---|---|---|
| 0 Bid placed | Bid is submitted, seller notified | Buyer |
| 1 Bid accepted | Seller accepts — buyer pays material value | Seller → Buyer |
| 2 Payment received | Funds in escrow — transport arranged | Platform |
| 3 Transport in progress | Carrier picks up — weigh-in confirmed | Carrier → Buyer |
| 4 Delivered | Buyer confirms receipt | Buyer |
| 5 Complete | Seller payout released by Briso | Platform |
Exactly 3 photos are required. All photos are automatically watermarked with "BRISO ECOTRADE". No company logos or contact details may be visible in photos.
Listings can specify a min/max quantity range. The final weighed quantity may differ up to ±5% from the agreed amount. The price adjusts proportionally. Larger deviations are flagged to Briso for resolution.
A bid can be withdrawn before the seller accepts. Once a bid is accepted and payment is made, deals can only be cancelled via the Briso support team.
If you select DAP, Briso arranges transport on your behalf. You pay material value first, then transport after a carrier is confirmed. The indicative transport price is shown before you bid.
